welcome,

graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design where I studied Textiles.

currently developing apparel and textile research in Japan.

My apparel is hand patterned and self constructed. Select garments are made with my original handwoven textiles.

Motivated by strict hands on technical craftsmanship and a relationship between making and my body.

With curiosity, I contribute to dialogs inspired by East Los Angeles.

Invested in unseen rituals.

I am a craftsperson, not an artist.

(This Japanese denim jacket and pair of jeans was patterned and constructed by me in under 48 hours).

“pick by pick”.

I worship the unconventional in order to imagine.

My bodies of work are influenced by Chicano diaspora.

Through materiality I produce materials that investigate possibilities.
